Adelaide

Adelaide is the third largest city of Australia with about one million inhabitants. Just north of Victoria Square one can go shopping at the Rundle Mall with lots of different shops and malls. General Surveyor Colonel William Light planned the city to a large scale such that even today traffic jams are only rarely to be found. A Historical Walk guide can be obtained at the Travel Centre. Port Adelaide is the historical part of the city. Have a stroll along a railway museum, haven buildings and immerse yourself in the old times.

The only tram runs from Victoria Square Fountain to Glenelg at St. Vincent Golf within twenty minute. It is interesting to note that it was build by Siemens...
